2. The AI Visibility Audit

​

The AI Visibility Audit is a one-off research product that:

• analyses observed AI-generated responses to representative, category-relevant questions

• summarises patterns using a programmatic, score-based framework

• delivers findings in a client-ready report

​

The audit reflects observed AI behaviour at a specific point in time and is not an ongoing service.

​

3. What the audit is not

​

The audit does not:

• provide SEO services or keyword optimisation

• guarantee improvements in visibility, rankings, or outcomes

• manipulate or influence AI systems

• analyse private, proprietary, or user-level data

• replace professional, legal, or marketing advice

​

The audit is informational and diagnostic in nature.

 

4. Use of the audit

​

You may use the audit and its findings for internal business purposes, including informing messaging, positioning and content strategy.

​

You may not:

• resell the audit

• present it as independent third-party research without attribution

• reproduce or publish it publicly without prior written permission

​

5. Intellectual property

​

All materials, frameworks, scoring logic and written analysis provided as part of the audit remain the intellectual property of T and T London Limited.

 

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the report internally.

6. Payment and delivery

​

• The AI Visibility Audit is purchased as a one-off payment

• Prices are listed in GBP

• Payment is required in full before work begins

• Delivery timelines are communicated after purchase

 

All sales are final once work has commenced.

7. Refunds

​

Due to the nature of the audit:

• Refunds are not available once analysis has begun

• If you believe an error has occurred, please contact toby@brightsignalai.com and we will review the issue in good faith

​

8. Limitation of liability

​

T and T London Limited shall not be liable for:

• any indirect or consequential losses

• business decisions made based on the audit

• changes in AI behaviour following delivery

 

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the audit.

9. Confidentiality

​

Any information you provide as part of the audit intake will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the audit.

 

T and T London Limited does not sell, share, or reuse client data for unrelated purposes.

10. Changes to the service

​

T and T London Limited reserves the right to:

• update the audit framework

• refine scoring approaches

• adjust report formats

 

provided these changes do not materially alter the nature of the service purchased.

11. Governing law

​

These Terms & Conditions are entered into between you and T and T London Limited (trading as Bright Signal AI) and are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

​

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

​
